How does billing work?

Billing is handled securely through Stripe. After your free trial, you can add a card and manage your subscription from the dashboard. You can cancel, pause, or update your payment method at any time. No phone calls, no hassle.

Do I need a POS system or special hardware?

No. PintUp works on any device with a web browser. Most businesses use an iPad or tablet at the counter, but a phone or laptop works just as well. There's nothing to integrate with your till or EPOS.

How long does it take to set up?

About 2 minutes. You name your business, pick a stamp icon, set your reward, and print a QR code poster. That's it. You can be live before your next customer walks in.

Can I use PintUp on multiple devices?

Yes. You can pair as many counter devices as you need, all from your dashboard. Each device can have its own staff PIN for security. Great if you have multiple tills or staff members.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. PintUp works entirely through the mobile browser. Customers just scan your QR code and they're in. No app store, no downloads, no friction.

How do customers earn stamps?

Customers scan the QR code on your counter to open their stamp card. Their card shows a 6-digit code. Your staff enter that code on the counter device and tap to issue a stamp. Takes about 3 seconds.

How do rewards work?

When a customer fills their stamp card, they automatically receive a golden ticket with a unique reward code. They show it to your staff, who enter the code to redeem it. You choose what the reward is.

Can I change my reward or stamp card later?

Yes. You can change your reward, the number of stamps required, the stamp icon, and all other settings from your dashboard at any time. Existing customer progress is preserved.

How does the referral programme work?

Every customer gets a personal referral link they can share. When their friend signs up and gets their first stamp, both the referrer and the friend earn bonus stamps. Your customer list grows on its own without you spending a penny.

How does customer re-engagement work?

PintUp automatically tracks when customers stop visiting. If someone hasn't been in for a while, they get a friendly email nudging them to come back. You don't have to do anything. It happens on its own.

Can I send emails to my customers?

Yes. From your dashboard, you can send an email campaign to every customer on your list. New menu item, bank holiday event, flash sale. One click and everyone hears about it.

Do you send birthday offers?

Yes. Customers can optionally add their birthday. When it comes around, PintUp automatically sends them a birthday offer on your behalf. Another reason for them to visit.

What types of business does PintUp work for?

Is there a limit on customers or stamps?

What about customer data and GDPR?
